Has anyone seen him play this year? Love to hear your thoughts.

Is this the type of offence we should expect(35pts+) or should we expect more. I know its only his 3rd year but he has been disappointing.

He has lots of offensive upside but STL scores by commitee and plays a bit defensive. EJ is also only playing on the 2nd PP unit which will hinder his production. 40 points this season would be nice but realistically he will fall short of this total. I don't love his situation this year. I can't believe Colaiacovo is hindering him so much. But like Spoiler said, St. Louis scores by committee (on both the offense and defense), so scoring will be balanced. That said, I still think EJ is the most talented blueliner on the team and one of the most talented in the league. I still think once he puts it all together he is a future Norris Trophy winner.
