I know I heard someone on here mention that he lost his mom this summer- which is no doubt a TERRIBLE thing to have happen and will impact anyone's mind- but getting pretty frustrated with his complete lack of production this season. Unlike with EJ, I am not going to be dropping him anytime soon (even in my non-keeper league), but am just curious if people think this is what we should expect of him for the rest of the reason? Right now he is the 42nd ranked D in Yahoo...
Does anyone here watch any Predators games? Does he look good and the puck is just not going in? Or is he just not playing very well? Is there any light at the end of this tunnel? Like I said, even though I have him in a one year league I am not planning on dropping him although I guess if this goes on for a few more months I will have to... Thoughts? |

I would expect another 40 pt season. IMO Weber will be consistent 40 - 50 pt player (heavy goals) with solid PIM, shots and hits totals. He's a complete player, however to me from a fantasy perspective, he's best suited for roto formats. In other words, don't draft him in points only league and expect 50 - 60 pts from him.

Yeah I have him in a Roto league, and he has done decently well with PIMs and above average on SOG, but he has sucked in every other category.
He is only on pace for like 30 points this season, really hoping he picks it up soon. |
