As others have been saying, Staal is the safe choice. Although myself personally I would go with Radulov, he seems to have the highest upside.

Here is how I would list these players:
Radulov: Amazing talant! Absolutely AMAZING! I could see this future star hitting 75 points next year with a career high of 130 points. Stall: Great player however will not touch Radulov when it comes to points. Carolina has no prospects in the cupboard and the old farts are going to start retiring. I don\'t think his 80 point season is the coming trend however I see him hitting 90 next year with 110 maxing him out. Stastny: I like this kid however I don\'t see him being the most prolific offensive forward out there. I can see this kid having 75-80 points next year with 90 points as his upside. Just my thoughts anyways.
