I updated this in the ramblings - he hurt it again in practice. It\'s a wonky ankle and he needs to properly strengthen it. If I\'m the team, I hold him out for six weeks and really work with him on it.

Washington is a terrible organization for pushing Semin to play when he is not ready. This organization is struggling to find some wins so the are pressuring Semin to comeback when he is not ready. Semin is going to end up hurting himself for the rest of the year and screw over all fantasy holders. The Caps need to keep him on the IR until he is ready to play. **** you George McPhee!
