1 year Yahoo! rotissierie league with the standard cats (G, A, PIM, +/-, SOG, W, GAA, SO, SV%). I\'m really happy with my skaters but my goaltending leaves quite a bit to be desired. Here\'s my roster:
C Joe Sakic C Anze Kopitar LW Alex Tanguay LW Patrik Elias RW Daniel Alfredsson RW Alexander Radulov D Dion Phaneuf D Lubomir Visnovsky D Shea Weber D Paul Ranger BN Patrick Marleau BN Jonathan Cheechoo BN Daniel Carcillo BN Scott Gomez G Martin Brodeur G Carey Price Goalies on waivers: Harding, Toskala, Garon, Hiller, Ellis I\'ve been trying to move some of my skaters in a 2 for 1 deal (I\'ve proposed a Sakic/Cheech for Hossa swap) because I can\'t drop any of my skaters outright. Before anyone suggests dropping Carcillo, I\'d like to note that he\'s the reason I\'m first in PIMS. My question is, should I just \"punt\" the goalie counting stats (W/SO) and hope that my current tandem can post good ratios in SV% and GAA for the rest of the year? I wouldn\'t mind dropping Gomez, as I have 4 C-eligible forwards and he\'s usually the odd man out, but I\'d rather get something (anything!) in return for him. |

If you cant get a deal done you probably swap Gomez for Harding. I know you dont like to drop a proven point produer for a goalie that spilts time at best but you said it. You are deep at C and Harding is sure to give you solid numbers across the board. He should get close to half the starts on a soldi team that plays good D. He should get you some wins and a couple of SHOs. I think he might even end up with better numbers than Price.

Hang in there - Brodeur will come around. In the meantime, you don\'t need Gomez and it\'s always good to have a third goalie. My choice would be to take a chance on Garon. He has a shot at stealing Roloson\'s job. You can get back in this thing for the goalie categories if you pay attention to Edmonton\'s goalie announcements...
I don\'t see Hiller getting a lot of starts, compared to Garon. I don\'t see Harding continuing to get starts for much longer.
