I'm looking at Pouliot's recent hot streak and the really high upside he has always been projected to have and really want him on my team. Latendresse is the other part of the trade that looks really good, but are either of these guys an improvement over what I already have (the most expendable would probably be Bowman)?

They're both in the final year of this contract, and as this is a salary cap league that merits consideration. Do I make a move?

I like Pouliot a fair bit, especially on a team like Montreal, that desperately needs him. He's got more skill then Lat, and he could become a solid second liner there. Latendresse was on fire, but he's starting to cool off. Still, playing with Havlat on the Wild gives him a nice boost. Losing Bowman wouldn't be the worst thing for you, in my opinion, with those guys coming on board. Both are an upgrade over Sexton as well.
