Trahey, first off i gotta say that your team is disgustingly good. With that said, wait until the offseason and trade so that you ensure that he has that pick. Offer him someone good but has maybe played over their head, ie Duncan Keith (i'm not knocking Keith, just saying that he'd probably yeild you a top pick).

I was gonna suggest an opening offer of Richards too. The problem is u have to find out what the team's plan is. Is he trying to acquire vets to move up? In that case Richards would be a solid offer. On the otherhand. He could go all out and get out of the bsmt too.

Findout his plan but becareful not to help him too much this season.

His Goalies r hurting him. Good Goalies on Bad teams. Id be leary about him finishing last thou.

pretty much what I was thinking, on paper there are worse teams in the league than him, hopefully by the deadline I'd have a better idea.
