I just made a stupid mistake and traded for Dan Boyle when he returned from injury for Chara. Of course the guy goes off and gets surgery and leaves me at a loss. I picked up cory murphy from florida for now, but Im thinking about dropping him for Souray who is sitting as a FA. My league is a matchup league, and goals,assists,PPP, and PIMs are all categories. My other defensemen are Lidstrom,Mccabe,and A.Markov. This is a one year league. What do you guys think I should do?

I don\'t think you should expect the type of numbers Souray put up last season, but I assume he should still be an above average D for one season.

PIM and PP points are his forte. With your other D that deep he will not hurt your roster at all.

With your point system he\'d definitely be a better pick than Murphy. I\'m not sure though that he\'ll stay healthy for the remainder of the year. I\'d be very careful, because I think Chara might give you similar results and not be as injury-prone as Souray is.
