I really don\'t know. He was probable for the game yesterday, but didn\'t play. Maybe they want to bring him back in the line-up at home on Saturday.

Erik Johnson did not play on Thursday.



Johnson was hoping to play on Thursday as the Blues were playing in his hometown against the Wild. \"We thought (Wednesday) he had his best practice, where he really felt good,\" coach Andy Murray said. \"Feeling good one day and playing the next day is not the right way to go about it. We think Erik will benefit from having a few more days of practice, and then we have to determine if he deserves to go on the weekend.\" It looks like that you can activate Johnson, although the Blues only play once next week.

I\'m been monitoring the EJ injury situation for awhile now...and I can\'t help but think that the Blues are intentionally holding EJ out because the team plays better when he is not in the lineup. When I was watching the Blues to scout Legace, I couldn\'t help but noticed that EJ looks a little out of place defensively. The Blues defensive game rounded into shape at the same time that EJ went down. I think they are trying to figure out what to do with him without bruising his ego too badly...

He was just sent down to the minors for a \&quot;conditioning\&quot; stint.

i don\'t think he is out of place with the team. he\'ll fit in fine and he\'ll rack up the points.

I disagree, St Louis has fizzled a bit fro their hot start. this all started when he went down.
