I'm weak at C and Penner is off to a hot start. Should I try for Peverley, or do you think I could get more?

Peverley is off to an equally hot start. Maybe try for someone who is a little better buy.

I'd do it. Penner will inevitably slow...maybe it's enough? though Penner has slowed already (pointless in last 3 at least no?) so it may not work. Hope it does, as I would LOVE to get back Peverley for Penner...I traded that bum in a keeper and still don't look back..

The guy looking to trade with me is extremely weak at C. I offered Penner for M. Richards, knowing it'll get turned down, but am hoping to get Peverley instead. Hopefully it all works out.

I wouldn't do that deal. Penner and Hemsky, even when they are not showing up on the scoreboard, are night in and night out creating chances. I have a feeling that Gagner will get bumped back up to the top line and once the teeam gets their crap figured out that scoring will keep going. Not at the same torrid pace, but with Penner giving you LW potential he is pretty valuable.

Well considering you have Elias coming back shortly and can afford a LW I suppose a deal for Peverly isn't too bad - I am with Doulos however - there is a reason that Penner is sitting with as many points as he has - there will be more.
