Between the end of last year and the start of this year, Peverly has 49 points in 50 games (or something pretty close to that). Should I be looking to try and sell him high and land me some depth at centre? Or do people think Peverly can keep up a decent pace (not quite this pace, but close to it)?

The problem is his name won't land you anything big. But the nice thing is he was probably a cheap pick up for you and he just keeps producing. Producing without Kovalchuk in the lineup too. 50 games is a nice body of work to judge a player and he hasn't slowed down yet. You can always try to see who'd take a flyer on him, but don't expect a big name. Stranger things have happened.

No indication of him slowing down so I say keep him until at least his name becomes more firmly entrenched with folks as a producer. I think if you flash him around or put him on a trading block then you show your hand a little sooner than I think you should.

Keep him until he develops a name and then deal him if you want. Basically, if he keeps this up for another 25 gms, he will have a name and will be all over the media...Never drafted, stars in AHL....feel good story....etc etc and then you will get offers coming in the door, as opposed to you pushing them out. Enjoy your ride, the owner in my league is...Some laughed at him at our draft and now he's laughing so far..
