Ovechkin is the best player in the deal, the question is... Am I giving up too much?

You are selling low on Jagr and Vanek, both of which will step up i think. And Turco is one of the better fantasy tenders too... there are only a select few of those.

Mason will be fine, but i\'m definitely not sold on the fact that he\'s going to be the man for years to come. Getting a return on Turco is a good idea, but just seems like a bit much for OV and some throw ins

I like this deal. You are buying low on Mason(but taking a risk), but you are also buying low on Ovechkin who I feel will get 120 points and finish second in scoring.
You are selling low on Vanek and Jagr...but Johnson will be a stud in a year or two. You have the goaltending already, so Turco is expendable.

Thanks for your advice, Dobber. I just don\'t know how to break down this trade.

Ovechkin+Mason for Jagr+Turco seems fine, I get the best player.
Sykora+Jack Johnson for Vanek seems fine as well. That\'s how I sort of look at it.

do you start 3 0r 4 at each forward position every week, 1 or 2 goalies, how many teams in the league, trade seems ok given Ovechin\'s age and his upside. If PIM\'s are involved in your league then jack Johnson is a good addition, dunno how much offense he will provide though
