Meh - Goaliepost is more than just 'Who is starting' on any particular night.

Those quick hits that are there are the best. And although I am sure that you can get them from all over the place - they are grouped in one spot on goaliepost and that makes them easy to find. I don't have the time to go wading through 4 hours worth of articles - So I just read the best ones.

For instance yesterday I read an article about a certain goalie that I haven't read anywhere, not even here. It was like insider information. So I made some moves and picked him up.

Those quick hits are the only reason I still came first in one of my leagues last year after drafting Brodeur in the 1st and Osgood in the third.

And I will know everyone who is starting tonight - plus, if another Steve Mason comes along, well I will be able to pick them up way before the rest of the league knows their name.

Seriously - just cut back on the coke for a week. Problem solved

I don't hate Dobber for charging and I don't hate Goaliepost either. If you don't want to pay for it - then don't.

But stop crying about it - cause I left all the tissues at my ex-girlfriends.

I guess ppl just liked the convenience factor.. like y go to three different stores when u can just go to wal-mart

So i guess citing ur source is the obvious solution to this one.

For the record tho, I am not opposed to someone trying to make a dollar off a good resource, especially since I think it's a reasonable price. But I'm also not opposed to posting the goalies on here either, sounds like a completely reasonable option, not worth excessive loling.

I'm opposed to posting it up if it means taking it straight off any of the websites.

These websites - even the ones that don't pay - are small businesses and have ads and products to sell.

Without the hits to the said site, it slowly will suffer.

It's not the be all and end all - but it is another sites work being posted here....

No, I totally agree, it wouldn't be right if someone posted info straight off a goalie starts website.

But I'm in favour of someone posting a link from, say, the Tennessean that states Dan Ellis will get the start over Rinne, for example.

I will also leave it there.
