Could Ellis regain his #1 spot back? It seems Nashville flip flops goaltenders year after year. Rinnie has looked like some stinky piece of Swiss cheese. Where Ellis has been stellar stats that rival Luongo's in the preseason. What does everyone else think.

Without question he has a shot, a better than most shot. Rinnie was awesome last season but so was Ellis. Trotz will ride the hot hand and Ellis is a UFA so he will also be playing for a payday as well each time he starts.

I have Rinne and just picked up Ellis for insurance. Doesnt give me great goaltending depth but our leagues WW goalies are picked clean. So im kinda hoping they both play great and maybe one can be used as trade bait.
