Over the last four years only
Ovy Kovy Zetts Heatley Iggy Alffy Hossa (might be Sedin in the lead) If I forgot someone, sorry. have outpointed Sedin on the wings. Sedin is still in his prime. Careful when moving Sedin.

You're giving up way too much.
A proven 82 point consistent-as-they-come winger, a proven 70+ point centre, and a decent (if it's Saku, or if it's Mikko massively underrated especially since the league counts FW) centre. for A potentially elite goalscoring centre, and a goalscoring winger that is at least a few years away from putting up good all-around numbers. For me the biggest issue is that you're trading a LW and two centres for a centre and a winger prospect. Daniel Sedin alone is more valuable than Kopitar in that format, even once LA cleans up their +/- and Kopitar hits 85 - neither of which have happened yet. Don't do it. PS: Sorry about the abuse of the underline feature. It's just so easy! PPS: Rick Nash doesn't suck! |

that being said im not sure its so bad. to me saku is kinda done with but i dont follow him so much but he can turn into a 60 point guy this season.
it would suck to lose sedin on lw but neal isnt a terrible retunr. my only concern is him being buried in dallas. i would see if he could maybe throw something else back into the deal or offer someone a step up from neal. but otherwise its not so terrible espcially if you need the upgrade at Center..

![]() Even if it's Saku, you're still giving up far too much in the quest for youth. I would have to think hard about whether I'd want to do Sedin alone for Kopitar and Neal - centres need about 10 points on a winger to be a wash in your format (points-wise). I think Sedin is one of the lowest-risk players out there for 80 points. Do you really think Kopitar will get 90? And what do you do about the hole on the wing? McDonald is underrated by most GMs. Trading him away at less than good value is a bad idea - just hold him and know that you're better off as a result. Basically, I would have to think hard about trading Sedin for Kopitar, I wouldn't trade McDonald for Neal, and I wouldn't trade Saku for nothing. Hope this helps. HPG PS: I still refuse to concede that Nash sucks - could you just change your handle to ricknashsucksinpointsonlyleagues?
