In my keeper pool I have a trade pending that looks like this:

I get: Slava Kozlov, Max Afinogenov, 2nd \'08

He gets: Rick Nash, Devin Setoguchi, 1st \'08

The way I see this is that I probably lose out big time in the future but I do need immediate help, I also happen to have an abundance of 08 picks

I need to send a response back ASAP so any help would be greatly appreciated

not knowing how many keeper you keep or the rest of your team, id probably do it, especially if you need help right away.

nope, hit the pass button. dont like the age gap from nash to kozlov. dont like the injury history of Afino, yes Nash has his own but he\'s also a beast which helps. don\'t like the fact you giving up a future shark or the swapping of picks.

if your in that much trouble why not use the 1st round pick to bag yourself some help and save nash so you enjoy his points later on. really all your doing in this deal is upgrading setoguchi. is that going to help you that much. it will even less as kozlov\'s points start to go down and you can\'t move him. keep what you got and explore other options but thats just my opinion.

Wow, my first thought was make the deal. Then I read all the posts and with 30 teams in your pool, I have to agree that passing on the deal is best for your team\'s future. Setoguchi looks like a future star. Hopefully Nash will reach UFA soon and go to a happy place (one that actually includes 50 goal seasons).
