Who do you think will do best this year between Bobby Ryan (could play with Getzlav), Victor Kozlov (could play with Ovechkin) or Travis Zajac (who should play with Parise).
Our league scoring is as follows: G (2), A (1), +/- (1), PIM (0.25), PPP (2), SHP (3) Thanks in advance for your quick opinion as I need to act fast again to pick up one of these guys through waivers. Sly

Bobby Ryan looks like he will make the Ducks but his leash will likely be short as the Ducks are playing for now. Viktor Kozlov is one of the great enigmas in the NHL. The guy has an abundance of talent but there is just something missing and I would suspect that is on the mental side of the game. He has the skills to put up big numbers -- but it just usually doesn\'t happen for him. Finally, there is Travis Zajac. The Devils\' youngster had a solid first season and if he wasn\'t heading into his second year (yep, possible sophomore slump)he would be the easy call for me. Still, even though he is up against the Hockey Gods (read second season) I like his chances to have a nice 07-08 and see his numbers jump from the low 40s into the mid 50s. I would go with Zajac and hope the dreaded sophomore slump doesn\'t reach up and bite him :P

I like Kozlov here...a veteran with skill who finds himself with some capable linemates in Washington. He could have his most productive year since \'99-\'00. Just be sure to have a good replacement as he\'s quite frail (last season was the most games he\'s ever played in a season).

i\'ve got to agree with lamplighter here. as nice as a prime time spot on ovechkin\'s line is, i can\'t see kozlov, who\'s as inconsistent as they come, holding it down all season. especially with nylander nipping at his heals. i wouldn\'t put much faith in ryan staying with getzlaf all year, as lamplighter said his leash will be short. as soon as that line fizzles, he\'ll be the first to get yanked off. zajac\'s your safest bet for 40-50 pts in my mind. he\'s a solid talent, has great chemistry with parise and get\'s decent pp time.
