I am in a keeper-type league (can only keep players 4 years and salaries go up each year). What do people think Ballard\'s G A and +/- will be like this year. I am unsure what to do with him. I already have Lidstrom, Whitney, Visnovski, and Poti. Thanks to all who respond.

wow do anything you want - with a D like that you are set for quite a while - do you have an option to take a shot at a prospect? JJ or EJ or that kid in Columbus? I think Ballard will steadily improve but he likely won\'t be big for a while if ever.

I picked him up for the start of last year and loved him til he got hurt. When he came back he was a big disapointment. Mainly his plus mnus just did not get better and phoenix isnt lokig a whole lto better this yar for sure, so I\'d stay away, preserve that nice defence!
