Naslund I could see having a low 70\'s season.
Nagy will go only as far as his health will take him, which is usually not that far.
Stempniak has the biggest chance at \"breaking\" out.
Bouchard will continue to improve steadily, id think that a 70 point season is in order.
Erat\'s numbers will suffer, he is primarily a set up kind of guy, and with sullivan out until december and kariya gone, look to see his assists drop.
Boyes, like stempniak has LOADS of potential for a good season.
Prospal could get 50 points this year, or he could get 80. If i had to guess i would say mid 70\'s, he has every motivation to do well, and not to mention great linemates.
Hudler might get pushed down the depth chart depending on how igor plays.
Bochenski... never been a fan.

Longterm i like Boyes/Stempniak/Bouchard.

Stempniak? Geez...

I\'d rather keep Nagy, Erat, Boyes, Bouchard, Prospal and even Hudler over Stempniak...hmy:

I\'ve got Stempniak in a deep keeper league...should I be looking to drop/trade him? I kind of like his offensive upside and Andy Murray\'s a big fan of his.

Your boy Angus \"fearlessly\" forecasted Stempniak would pop 40 goals this season. Do you think he\'s way off?

i think boyes will have the breakout year. he\'ll be playing on the first line with weight and kariya....only reason he had a crappy year last year was bc of dave lewis style in boston....he ended up on the 4th line and barely even played. 70 points his rookie year, he\'s a keeper.

stempniak is good IMO, but hes going to have a drop off this year...not a break out. his playing time will be decreased and he won\'t be on a scoring line (imo).....that also means he won\'t be playing with tkachuk. st louis is not particularly deep in talent after the top 6 forwards, so he won\'t be playing with guys that will help him score points. he could drop into the 40\'s this year and it really wouldn\'t be a shock to me. that\'s my opinion.

Yes, way off...I think even Angus wouldn\'t bet the farm on that one, he was just saying it\'s a possibility in his eyes. He did impress at the Worlds...

But don\'t drop him - he could be a 70-point guy (I personally think he\'ll top out at 65-68). But those guys I listed above have better, and/or more certain potential. Nagy could be 55...I tend to think 70...but he could also get 90 - he was over a point per game in 2005-06 and he\'s still young. Erat, 65-point guy who could get 75. Boyes, same as Erat. Bouchard is a 65 point guy who could get 80 with a new coach. Prospal is 55, 80, 55, 80 every other year...guess which year this one is? Hudler is three years away from being 80 or even 90 points...but I think he will be gold.
