I like nylander the best of any of them in a one year pool, but I probably like elias the least too...
I think nylander will be a special teams god in d.c., feeding the puck to the alexanders, but elias barely had 70 points last year WITH gomez and rafalski... how\'s he going to do without them? I think I\'d go with staal and sykora... even though sykora\'s taking a chance as well, I think he\'ll do better than elias this coming year. Staal will be close enough to nylander in these stat categories to make it worth it. Good question though... I\'m gonna predict that this one will be pretty split... I think it\'ll come down to a matter of taste for a lot of posters here.

I think at year end if you are looking at points only that this one will be so close it won\'t matter which side you took.
I am not sold on Sykora but have been wrong before. I have a slight preference for the Elias/Nylander side of the deal - Elias was odd man out in the line-up when Gionta and Gomez were both gone for chunks of last season - I suspect he will bounce back with a steady line to play with - too much talent not to. Nylander and Ovechkin - please can I have some more?? Staal will rebound some I think and Sykora? well he should do fine but I am not convinced - I haven\'t seen anyone shine beside Crosby yet.

i would go with the elias/nylander side
i think those two\'s point totals will be higher than staal and sykora\'s. elias often had to be a one man team with injuries to gionta and gomez. parise goes in place of gomez and its not too large of a drop off in my opinion, i think the PEG line can still do some damage for elias to get some points. everyone knows nylanders story so theres nothing to talk about there staal i definitely see a bounceback from last year, the biggest question mark is sykora. although he does have the skill to score points, it will come down to some chemistry. i mean armstrong and ekman both had a shot to play with crosby and both fell way short, so sykora might be a bust too. with elias and nylander you know that they can get points.
