Capn J - I don\'t think any of them are worth keeping so I tend to favor ones that will be productive for a stretch and therefore trading assets...Brind\'Amour & Vyborny

Well, thanks to everyone for their input, I decided to protect Brind\'Amour and Horcoff (which was the consenus here if you tally the votes). I will let you know in a week who was selected, to take this full circle.

I am probably in a rebuilding phase, but if Recchi and Brind\'Amour can put up points they are good trade value. The big question is will Horcoff ever live up to his potential, and is Oulette for real? With Vyborny, you know what you are getting.
Why not please both sides, keep Brindamour for now, try Oullette for the future. The kid\'s still young and he\'ll be back with Richards who took him to junior hockey stardom. I think Richards may unlock his potential. I personally think he has more possible upside than the rest.

I\'m betting he\'ll take Ouellet off your hands Jimmy!

i agree with smoothfan, take the gamble on Ouelett and Horcoff. Horcoff should be centering penner and hemsky therefore see his numbers increase and if Ouelett can regain the chemistry with Richards, look out

Well, the expansion draft happened and he took Recchi. Somewhat interesting, since he was least popular in the voting for who to protect, so it makes me happy!
