Default Carter

hello,
I was just wondering why Carter has fallen so much on the Dobber rankings. When should I be looking to pick up Cater in a keeper - top 5 rounds - mid draft - or late draft?

If its jeff Carter then i would say recent long term signings in philly(briere) hurt his future potential. I would never take him in the T5 and not in the early middle. Depends on the draft
