CS - I used to have a lot of hope for this guy. I think he\'s someone that will produce as long as he\'s surrounded by talent. He\'s like the fish that doesn\'t quite measure up...not a keeper. Good chance he plays with Radulov so there might be some points to be had.

Best case scenario I think you are looking at 70-75 points. But realistically I think 60-65 is where he will be at.

I would have to agree with Loki, this guy would not be a great keeper, not much trade value. I guess it depends on how deep your team and league is but I wouldn\'t want him on my team. He will be a 60-70 point player this season, but to me I don\'t see much up-side. With Arnott healthy Legwand will do alright because he won\'t have the pressure on him. If Arnott gets hurt then Legwand will fall apart and crack under the pressure.

Legwand has played 7 full seasons and last year was his career best 27 goals and 63 points. And this is all because he wasn\'t the number one guy. He can\'t be the number one center. Again I don\'t think I would want somebody that couldn\'t be the number one on a team.
Z.. hope this helps a bit CS..

I think he might just be a little better than what folks are saying (underline a little) - this for a couple of reasons - he found out last year he can play in the bigs with some effectiveness - he streaked for several weeks before the Forsberg experiment. He is the right age to come out as a solid and bona fide top 6 forward. He will get opportunity this year playing on a decent line. His topside? Maybe 75 - I would expect 70 and yes the downside is there at 60-65. I have a gut feeling that he will have a decent year, but it won\'t be a wundersleeper. Smallish league he is a 3rd line centre at best.

Since last year he\'s good. He\'s doing his job. It\'s simple as that. Keep him if you have him. My prediction for Legwand in 07-08: 65-75 points too.
