i thought he signed a contract in russia already.
is their any hope he signs and plays with phx next year ?
i may be bias , but i think with the lack of depth in phx he could be a top 6 forward.

Lisin definitely has the potential to be a top 6 forward for Phoenix. The only problem has been getting him over here to play and be happy here. You may have heard of how disappointed management in Phoenix was in Lisin\'s decision to not report to the San Antonio Rampage last year, leading to his suspension. He did sign with Khimik Mytischy of the Russian League on July 2nd but I believe he has the option to opt out of the deal if he choses to do so.
