So 16team dynasty H2H league with G, A, PPP, PIM, SOG, +/- and I am in 5th place. This was offered to me:

His DSedin, Hossa, Jagr, DBoyle, and 2nd round prospect pick (so mid-1st rounder) for my Tarasenko, JVR, Ennis, Conacher, Stastny, Faulk

I think I am giving up too much youth here. Am I right in rejecting this? What would be a counter offer? Thanks so much in advance.

I think we need some context beyond categories and league stats. Are you going for it? This is a pretty obvious selling off of the other teams vets for young guys. If you're going for it this might make sense, except that Hossa is currently injured and Boyle hasn't been great lately. Adding Sedin would be great, but I think giving up great young forwards in Tarasenko, JVR and Conacher for him is a bit much. Based on what's here I'd reject it, but if it could push you over the hump I'd think about it.
