My favourite fantasy hockey league lost two of our twelve GMs this year.
It is a multi-cat (G,A,+/-,PIM,PPP,SOG,FOW,HIT,BLK + W,SV,GAA,SV%,SHO) H2H league with a salary cap based on actual player salaries.
Daily-roster set.

Every team can roster up to 60 players:
25 players fill out the PRO roster on Yahoo (3C/3LW/3RW/3F/6D/2G + 5 bench)
25 players fill out the AHL roster - which is kept on a separate league site. A team's AHL players are the players which that GM can ADD/DROP in Yahoo!
10 players fill our a JUNIOR roster - players drafted in any of the last two draft years.


This is a very active league.
We lost one inactive manager that wasn't well suited to the league. (BAD team, with several prospects incl. Yakupov)
And we lost our commissioner due to family/work related reasons. (GOOD team with several stars incl. Sedins, Kovalchuk, Nash)
