Here's ours. Keeper league - points only. Year 7.
$50 for the cup w/ hockey figure. Original base has template of Trophy name - on the sides are emblems of yearly winner w/ team captain (engraving cost $7). Then after year 5 or so, we added an additional base that should cover 8+ more years (additional base cost $30)
