Talk about a freak injury to A's outfiedler Michael Taylor..

LOL. That's WAAAY better than throwing out your back sneezing.
I still remember the worst and most fluke injury I ever got playing baseball. My team was playing a tournament and one of my teammates was doing soft toss against the fence of our dugout. I was standing inside the dugout. All of a sudden I feel pain shooting up my elbow, there just happened to be a hole in the fence big enough for a baseball to fit through that nobody had seen, and he hit it straight through and it nailed me in the elbow on my throwing arm, which sucked because we just had enough players to not forfeit so I had to play, and I was playing SS. In the same tournament I pulled a muscle in my bicep trying to hold back my swing on a curveball. I had the durability of Mike Green that weekend. |
