We can keep 6 Pitchers; First five are MadBum, CC, Hamels, Gio, and Matt Harvey. I see my pitching as pretty strong. I have to pick between Phelps and Pineda for my last slot. Does Phelps steal Nova's spot in the rotation. Even if he does, does Pineda slot right back in after AS break? Or if Phelps is successful does he hold the spot?

Phelps will definitely see action with the Yankees and their unreliable staff this year.
Chances of him developing into a potential keeper? not very likely.
Bound to be plenty of pitchers you can pickup who will out perform him this year.

I'd go with Pineda as your pitching is already stacked and he's still extremely young and has too much potential to pass up.

I hate both of those options lol

I'd be keeping Miley as your last keeper. Do you have options in terms of keeping another hitter? Miley isn't that great, so it could be worth considering.
