Default Thoughts on Landeskog/Clarkson

I'm keeping them because of their solid peripheral production.

Just wondering what you guys think of Landy and Clarkson moving forward in terms of point production.

As a #2 pick Landeskog will disappoint most people with his point totals. He is good but not top-tier by any means. 60-70 points most seasons IMO.

Clarkson is very goal-heavy (career-high 16 assists) so his points will probably disappoint too. Expect 45-55 points most seasons moving forward.

Pretty much my thoughts as well.

Both were overhyped a bit IMO. Clarkson especially. I like the guy's production but he was never gonna be even close to a PPG plaer.

They are great roto league assets. Just not great point producers.

One thing I can tell ya is that I'm pretty close to dumping Clarkson. Whatever, traded Conacher for him, and he's also now an FA.

Landy on the wire? Wow, talk about impatience. Granted he doesn't look like the dominant rookie he was last year (thanks Brad Stuart), he is due for a spike in production. The PP1 with duchene and PA is starting to gel and his shots are there. Considering you said "peripheral," im assuming multi-cat league, and in that case, Landy is an absolute no brainer
