Yep, you're looking good so far. I've had my moments but inconsistency, especially with goaltending, is holding me back from closing the gap above me.

Sure, you both are above games played but the key is a bunch of your guys are still producing. I actually have a spreadsheet that calculates everything on a per game basis. It's an interesting snapshot and obviously things can change a lot, plus can be positionally dependent, but it does level the field better to get a sense on how teams match up and what are our more accurate strengths and weaknesses.

I've been strong in the peripheral scoring but all my guys I rely on for offensive categories are slumping hard.

Jumped up 12 points and 4 spots last night.

Of course, that means my guys will probably go into a slump for the next week now.

My team (3rd) has crashed and burned in the goaltending peripherals (GAA & SV%). 2nd last (soon to be last) in both. With Anderson out, I started streaming in a bunch of bums just to get starts. And all the other bad teams started making smarter moves. My crappy goaltending strategy failed me.

I've still got an outside shot if the league stats competitive. I've got some ground I can make up in Goals, Assists, and PPP. My team is really too good to be where they are in those categories, I've got 6 of the top 25 Yahoo skaters... just been unlucky for PPP from guys like E.Staal (only 4 PPP) and Nash (only 4 PPP).

Ma is looking very strong right now, though it was good that his goaltending has been getting shelled. I can't even imagine how far in front he'd be if he would've kept Niemi & Crosby.

Subbans are really pacing well above GP.
Nightmare on Helm St is probably pacing as the 2nd best team.

My bench is producing more than my bloody team FFS.

I benched Backstrom yesterday in favor of Hackett who was listed as expected to start by both Yahoo and Goalie Post. Played Schneider against them too so I figured I was guaranteed at least a W and a good number of SVs.
