I think he got demo'd by Justin Falk from what I remember seeing briefly on Twitter. I'm pretty sure he was down for awhile and had to be helped off.

Predators forward Colin Wilson will be re-evaluated within the next couple of days to determine the extent of the upper body injury he suffered in Saturday's game against Minnesota.
The Preds are holding out hope that the injury isn't serious, but a review of the play isn't overly encouraging. Unless good news is received on his status, we recommend you reserve Wilson until further notice.

Wilson was placed on IR today by the Preds.

Colin Wilson (upper body) doesn't appear ready to return to the Predators lineup in the near future.
When asked about the status of his forward, coach Barry Trotz replied with, "He's on schedule right now." And when pressed about what that schedule might be, he said, "There's no definite timetable." Wilson hasn't played since leaving the March 9 game early with the injury. He has seven goals and 19 points on the season.

Trotz said it will be a "little bit longer" before Wilson gets back on the ice. It doesn't sound like Wilson has suffered any sort of setback, although there still doesn't appear to be any official timetable for his return. Wilson hasn't played since leaving a March 9 game with the injury. His 19 points still lead the Predators.
