The Washington Capitals hope that Mike Green can play some time during the team's upcoming three-game road trip.
He traveled with the team, which is a good sign. They play Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Recurring groin and other injuries have drastically lowered Green's value over the years, but he does get quality ice time when healthy.
