Need help from you hockey pros on who I should trade on my team for either Lucic or Simmonds. Ideas welecomed please !

I'm currently in last place for PIM and also need to upgrade in scoring goals. Here is my team below:

Depending on Lucic owners' knowledge, see if you can deal Heatley for him. To give you an idea what I'm giving up for him in my league, I'm giving a starting goalie (Lindback) and Bobby Ryan. Not many players do what Lucic does (three I think)

If not counter offer what for Lucic or for his Lucic & Simmonds ?

Getzlaf is having a bounce back year, I wouldn't do that. Too pricey for me. See if he'd bite on an older-ish player like Iginla or Dany Heatley. Really depends on his team needs as well

Could you counter with Lucic for Iginla? Might be a bit of a low-ball but I would rather have Getzlaf than Lucic, and I'm not sure if there's anyone else that I would part with for him. Getz is a pretty physical guy, so moving him to bulk up doesn't really help, in my mind. Obviously he doesn't provide what Lucic does in PIMs, but I think that the gain in PIMs isn't worth the drop-off in points.
