Your SIG needs some work.
Why does it look like that?

Your goaltending needs the biggest boost.
Consider rostering Nik Khabibulin... Dubnyk doesn't seem to be getting it done and when Khabi comes back, maybe he's the man. You may also try to trade for a goalie like Varlamov, who doesn't have a lot of wins - but does have a team (COL) that is a lot better than it was the first half of the season.

Skaters look good.
Fix your SIG though please... jeez.
