Default St Louis, Backstrom or Seguin, E. Staal

Hey guys,

Just bored at work and seeing if you guys think this is a worthy trade proposal to suggest to a fellow manager.

for team 2 in my sig.

Looking to cash in now on St. Louis.. He's one of my favorite players and i still think hes got a couple years left of being elite, but being a keeper league most managers tend to value youth more

first off.. who would you rather have in a keep 6 (emphasis on goals with PPG, SHG, and GWG)? should i try and use other players to land seguin and staal? or just keep what i have?

Thanks

edit: thats nicklas backstrom, centre for washington
