I need to keep Neil for pim/sog/hit for sure.
With hits in the league, how valuable are eriksson or michalek anyway?
Would I be better off dropping michalek for one of the following to make sure I always win sog/hit/pim and have a fair shot at the other categories with the rest of my team?

sens offence is anaemic lately, Michalek will help but not that much. Drop him.

Michalek is the easy drop. Definitely need to pick up Eriksson ASAP. He's a top scorer that is a reliable 70 points every season and has a lot of scoring ahead of him to make up for the slow start.

EDIT: I'd also pick up Brouwer and Brown in place of Ryder and Neil. Together will make up for the PIM loss in Neil and will outscore, outshoot, and outhit Ryder + Neil
