The first team in my sig is leading that league and the second is dead last. I just picked up Neimi so mainly my goalie stats have killed me there. Any ideas on improving that team? I'm lost.

Probably the best way to go about it is to look at your league's full standings and find out where your weak categories are. Then look for other teams who are strong in those categories and see if you can engineer a trade that will work for you. This is usually a tactic that is more useful in roto leagues, but it looks like your offensive numbers must be pretty strong based on your players so it's probably your peripherals that are dragging you down.
