Corey Crawford departed at the end of the first period on Thursday night with an upper-body injury.
The netminder appeared to almost lose his balance and nearly fall forward as he came out of the net at the end of the first. "I don't think there was a defining moment or blow," Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville said. Crawford missed four games for an upper-body injury earlier in the month, but Quenneville said this injury is unrelated. He is day to day for now.

I have a friend connected to the team, It's his head. Not sure the real issue; has dizziness, headaches and hard to focus. It's not confirmed as a concussion, as of yet. There still trying to pin point the cause of issue.
