Default Is dubnyk a starting caliber goalie?

Play 2. 12 team h2h

I'm living dangerously only fielding two goalies and was jus offered Taylor hall and dubnyk for JvR and Wayne Simmonds

Cats are..

g:a:SOG:FW:hits:w:svpctg:gaa:so

My team

C- e staal
C- Jamie benn (lw)
Lw-JvR
Lw-Elias (c)
RW- voracek
RW- perry
D- Boyle
D- Carlson
D- kulikov
D- bieska
G- rask
G- bryz

Bench

Simmonds (RW)
Berglund (c)
Semin (lw/RW)
Boyes (c,RW) ---- stream slot

Got too many RW only as anytime Philly plays my RW is full... Love Simmonds to death. I see hall and JvR as fairly even so trade simmer for a 3rd keep?

As a third G when you have to start two, he's fine in that role. In real hockey, he's definitely a potentially reasonable starter long term. His size, agility and reflexes are all good moving forward, it's just his consistency and focus that need work.

I'm betting they put Habby in some games to let Dub work harder in practice and maybe get a mental breather. He's going through a rough patch now, and if you're overstocked on RW, I'd consider it.

Oh, jeez.....make that trade! Why cant I get those sweet ones? Seriously....

I think that DD has proven to be a good goalie, on a young team whose D isn't very good.

He's never going to be confused with Tretiak, but he can be a better than average starting goalie in my books. Top 10? Top 15?
