Dude...what's wrong with the other guy...why on earth would he want to move Neal for Skinner.

Skinner is a HUGE injury risk (see Skinner for Perry Thread) and is currently injured...not to mention, Neal is in a better situation in Pitt...surrounded by better players and already out producing the Hurricane Kid.

I'd love to see more success out of Skinner but letting him go for Neal is a HUGE upgrade for the former Skinner owner.
