Anyone else watching Elliott(Av's fans please chime in) since his recall. Really impressed me vs Blues with his overall game.

Played on #1PP unit too.

I know Barrie has been solid too.

Personally i still think Elliott comes out on top in the longrun.

Let the argument begin.

Barrie's better adjusted to the NHL, Avs best dman atm with EJ injured. Elliott needs work but is good offensively, gets shots through from the point.

Wouldn't be surprised if Elliott gets sent down again this year at some point while Barrie sticks up. He still has higher offensive potential though.

Both of their values depend on Johnson...anybody know how bad his "head injury" is? avs seem to be playing it pretty close to the chest.

We know he'll be out at least three more games. Hard to say how long he'll be out though.
