I've been noticing he's become available in a few of my leagues after cooling down a bit.

I've got options of dropping Mason Raymond or Steve Sullivan to take a chance on this guy.

Me too! He's had an up and down year so far, and because he's a rookie its a sure bet it'll continue for the rest of the year. But picking him up over a guy who screams inconsistency over his entire career (raymond) and a guy playing on a defense-first team (sullivan)?
Definitely do it!

Conacher is playing on a line with Stammer right now and has played on both top lines and both PP units.

As you can see I value Conacher highest of the three, Sullivan is the low man of the totem pole, and and it looks as if you've made that drop. The only reason I can see as to why Conacher was dropped is because he started off so hot, and now he isn't going at that same early rate.
