One of the lower teams offerd me Ladd, Visnovsky, and Crawford for my
Simon Gagne, Paul Postma, Halak and either Hamilton or Silfverberg plus my 1st round
pick next year.

Do I go for it or to much to give up? how good are hamilton/silfverberg gonna be?

yeah you're getting HOSED bad in that deal;

Run as fast as you can from that deal;

Who is it that you want, that would make you even consider it??

The only valuable piece you would get is Crawford, who is still somewhat unproven. Visnovsky is a gamble right now and Ladd is the kind of player you can pick up on waivers depending on how many teams you have in your league.

For me, Hamilton already kills the deal, adding a first rounder is plain silly. Remove the prospect and the pick parts and then you have a case.
