Im in a keeper league in which forwards goals and assists are worth one point, defenceman goals are worth 2 and assists worth 1. This was a trade offer I received today:
To me: Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, Mikku Koivu, Daniel Briere From me: Alexander Ovechkin, Kevin Shattenkirk, Max Pacioretty, I like the idea of getting RNH or he has Jeff Skinner, but I Like Shattenkirk. Don't really want to give him up. I have had thoughts of moving Ovechkin but if the guy really wants him, I think I should try to get more. The players who is he offering so far do not have stronger numbers than my players he wants. Any thoughts? |

Quote:
Ovie >= RNH Shat >> Koivu Patch > Briere The Ovie for RNH could be argued, but you really lose on the rest of the deal.

Bad trade for you. I would rather have Ovechkin over RNH, but I can understand why you might want RNH over Ovechkin. M. Koivu is a good player and so is Shattenkirk, I think their value is pretty close. I think where the big difference comes into play is Pacioretty over Briere, as I believe Pacioretty to be a much better option. To me the trade just isn't good enough, to warrant losing a guy like Ovechkin.
