Noticed that too. Torts likes to sometimes make sure MDZ is focused on improving his defensive play so does stuff like this once in a while to do so. Can't imagine it lasting but I haven't seen a ton of Ranger games so I can't comment on whether he's actually not looking effective on the PP or anything.
