just dropped rene borque for michael ryder on the waiver wire and saku koivu is now avaliable. should i drop one of these two philly boys for him? I would love to drop Voracek but hes been putting up points lately.. what do you guys think?

There's no way I'd drop Voracek for him. In a keeper league, I'd probably not drop either.
In a one-year, you could ride the hot hand and go with him, but I think I'd probably sit tight.

I don't think I'd do it. But Saku has been clicking. Is the waiver wire deep enough where you'll have a replacement for if/when Saku comes back to earth (or gets hurt)?

Don't even think about it. Both those Philly guys are young and with upside still. Yeah, Koivu's been playing very well, but he'll slow down....there can't be tons of gas left in that tank.

Nope, stick with what you have. Koivu will slow down eventually he's capable of scoring in bursts but the game just isn't there anymore enough to sustain this level.

If you're focusing just on this year, I would maybe consider dropping Read for him, and then dropping Koivu when the hot streak ends for whoever is streaking at the time. But I would definitely hold onto Voracek....he's turning his season around a bit lately.
