Sabres' Tyler Myers a healthy scratch tonight
What's interesting is that he owned up to it, good for him.
"I'm embarrassed, and I should be," Myers said. "Two years in a row now. It doesn't feel very good, but silver lining, I responded the way I needed to last time, and this is what I have to do this time." Just thought I'd pass this along, enjoy your weekend all.

Yeah, he needs to step it up. He should be more physical and into the game, he can be dominant when he's playing well. When he's not doing much, he's pretty much invisible out there.
