Seems like a good trade for me on paper, but will Perry & Suter turn it around? Or should I keep what I have because even Shultz has better stats than Perry right now.

I'd stay with what you have as well. In a one year league, you've already got the better performing players and I'd not expect that to change very dramatically for the remainder of the year.

Even on some of the peripheral cats like hits, neither Perry nor Suter are really at the levels where they normally ought to be. While that may pick up a bit towards the mean, I think you can fill those gaps on your roster (assuming there are any and that's what you're looking to do) through other means.
