I'm thinking of offering Eberle for Benn in the league in my signature. The reason for the deal would be that our league includes hits and blocked shots. Also LW is harder to come by.

I'd much rather have Benn then Eberle, but it doesn't hurt to try and make that trade. Eberle still has the "sexy" pick/player aura about him, and that might be enough to get Benn.

It wouldnt hurt to offer it up. The worst that will happen is you get turned down or countered. I know I wouldnt trade Benn for Eberle in a multicat format and I am a huge Oilers fan.

Give it a shot, but if you really want Benn, be prepared to add a little to make it happen.
